She is a board certified emergency medicine physician. She received medical school and surgical training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and emergency medicine training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. After ten years in Chicago, she moved to New Mexico, where she was the Chief of Staff and the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Holy Cross Hospital in Taos. She opened her first urgent care clinic – ultiMED™, in Angel Fire, and has since expanded to Santa Fe, Rio Rancho, and Red River. She became interested in the new field of anti-aging medicine and has completed fellowship training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M).
